Reflection

I will do an electronic newsletter on a regular basis, at least monthly, to inform parents of upcoming assignments and activities in my class. This way they will know what is going to be expected of their students for the near future. I can also communicate school-wide activities and events with parents in this way.

I would use email to correspond on a regular basis with individual parents of my students. They could share their concerns with me as well as I could keep them informed on their child's progress or struggles.

I think this is the most important and probably the most useful standard.
